The HAL Awards Endowment Scholarship
The Heroes And Legends (HAL) Scholarship Foundation has touched the hearts of many supporters who have endeavored to assist HAL's lofty mission by awarding scholarships in their own names or in the names of loved ones who have passed. To help them facilitate these goals, we have created an onsite portal to donate to these endowment funds.

William "Bill" Luther Ford Scholarship, in the name of Bill Ford, a long time supporter of the HAL Awards. On Sunday morning, September 25, 2016 while preparing for the HAL Awards which followed later that same evening, our longtime videographer, William "Bill" Luther Ford, collapsed and was rushed to the hospital where he passed away. At the next HAL Awards ceremony, on Sunday, September 24, 2017, the very first "Bill Ford Scholarship" will be presented to an exceptional student. Please help us to make Bill proud by donating to this scholarship.

CYNTHIA MEADOUX Cynthia was an integral part of the HAL Scholarship Foundation and the HAL AWARDS dinner, since its inception in 1990. HAL was her heart and joy, and nothing could stop her from contributing to it's success each year. In May of 2013 Cynthia was diagnosed with lymphoma following a kidney transplant. She passed away on July 11, 2013 and has been missed terribly by friends, family and fellow workers on the HAL committee. Her legacy and love of the work being done here, can be continued by donating to a scholarship that will be bestowed upon a talented student in her name. |

Raynoma Gordy Singleton, affectionately known as Miss Ray, passed away on November 11, 2016. In lieu of sending flowers, her family has requested that donations be made to the Hal Awards Scholarship Foundation. Any donations would be greatly appreciated.
